1316/18 Price Street

This building on the corner was constructed as a duplex in 1913.  The first tenants were decidedly working class – a clerk, a fireman, and their wives.  This building is identical to the one next door to it.  Both were built by the Farr Brothers as income properties.

HSF saved this building in 2018 and sold it to a preservation-minded buyer who has continued their use as a duplex.
