INTRODUCTION
The Revolving Fund is HSF’s primary tool used to save vacant, distressed, and endangered houses in Savannah. Once a building is purchased, HSF cleans it up, works out a proposed design, and then markets it to a preservation-minded buyer. We sell all our properties with protective easements in perpetuity. The HSF Revolving Fund is nationally renowned and one of the oldest operating Funds in the country. It was formally begun in 1964.
